  • NEC-aligned installations; coordination with AHJ, plant EHS, and utility
Industrial Control Panels

Control Panels (Built to UL 508A practices)

Clean, labeled, serviceable panels designed for real-world Big Island sites.

  • Motor starters, contactors, relays, power distribution
  • MCC sections, soft starters, overload & protection coordination
  • NEMA-rated enclosures (corrosion-minded hardware, gasketing)
  • SCCR calculation/labeling and documentation package
Industrial Motors, Big Island Hawaii and other Hawaiin Islands

Motors & Drives (VFDs)

Smooth starts, process control, and equipment protection.

  • Pump/fan duty VFDs, bypass schemes, wash-down/NEMA 4X options
  • PID control for level/pressure/flow loops
  • Harmonics, filtering, and grounding best practices
Industrial Control Panel IO

Instrumentation & Process IO

Accurate signals = stable processes.

  • Level/flow/pressure/temperature transmitters
  • Analog/digital IO design, shielding, and terminations
  • Panel meters, signal conditioning, and loop power
Industrial Controls Upgrade and Maintenance, Big Island, Hawaii

Upgrades, Retrofits & Service

Bring older gear up to today’s standards—without shutting down longer than necessary.

FAQs About Industrial Controls

A labeled assembly of control components (starters, drives, PLCs, protection, etc.) operating at 1000 V or less and installed with a marked short-circuit current rating (SCCR). We size, document, and label panels so they can be safely installed on your site.
  • PLC: the rugged controller running the logic.
  • HMI: the touchscreen operators use.
  • SCADA: the bigger system that collects data and supervises multiple assets (often includes HMIs).
Yes—Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Omron, ABB, IDEC, and others. If it’s here on island, there’s a good chance we’ve seen it.
Many sites use VFDs for smoother control and protection. We’ll evaluate your process and recommend where drives make sense (and where they don’t).
